Ensuite combiner ce nouveau moteur avec un variateur leader du march\u00e9 et \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un nouveau software.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Actuellement, la gamme couvre les puissances de 11 \u00e0 315 kW (tailles IEC 160 \u00e0 315).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution ABB moteur IE4 \u00e0 reluctance et variateur offre des avantages d\u00e9cisifs :<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Rendement IE 4<\/strong> :<br \/>le plus haut rendement actuel suivant la norme IEC 30034-20-1<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Jusque 40% <\/strong><strong>de pertes en moins<\/strong> :<br \/>le package drive et moteur, dans des applications de pompage et ventilation, repr\u00e9sente de substantielles \u00e9conomies de consommation avec un investissement amorti en moins de 2 ann\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Fiabilit\u00e9 exceptionnelle<\/strong> :<br \/>plus de pertes dans le rotor = tr\u00e8s faible temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement tant pour le bobinage que pour les roulements (70% des pannes moteurs proviennent de casse roulements)<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Int\u00e9gration facilit\u00e9e<\/strong> :<br \/>remplace tout moteur asynchrone normalis\u00e9, m\u00eame puissance, m\u00eame taille<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Rotor totalement innovant<\/strong> :<br \/>pas de bobinage cuivre, pas d\u2019aimants co\u00fbteux et au final une grande facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entretien<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Application avec variateur standard<\/strong> :<br \/>le moteur IE4 est pilot\u00e9 par le m\u00eame variateur que pour un moteur asynchrone traditionnel. Seul le logiciel d\u2019exploitation SynRM est modifi\u00e9 dans le variateur.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>A partir du <strong>16 juin 2011<\/strong>, tout nouveau moteur install\u00e9 devait r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la classe de rendement IE 2.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>A partir du <strong>01 janvier 2015<\/strong>, tout nouveau moteur install\u00e9 devra r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la classe de rendement IE 3 en alimentation directe et IE2 uniquement aliment\u00e9 par variateur.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>D\u00e8s ce jour<\/strong>, avec le moteur IE4 \u00e0 reluctance associ\u00e9 au variateur ACS prenez une avance d\u00e9cisive en diminuant vos co\u00fbts et en augmentant votre productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>ABB &amp;
